Under Act 42 of 2017, the State Gaming Control Board is able to license, regulate, and tax daily fantasy companies to ensure sports fans have access to the games they love.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) can take action right now to admit leading daily fantasy operators into the state. Daily fantasy sports fans need to make their voices heard and encourage the PGCB to do the right thing.
